In these countries we can observe active rehabilitation of the sector which was injured during an economic crisis. Thanks to powerful domestic demand and stable economy of Scandinavia the market surely moves forward. One of characteristics of the market of hotel services of Scandinavia is loyalty of local clients to local hotel brands. No wonder that local investors appear champions in investment of capital in hotel business. According to my forecasts, within this year the expected growth of the average income on number in Paris will make 5,0%, in Frankfurt - 3,5%, in Berlin - 3,2% and in Dublin - 3,1%. As for a payback period of investments, in Austria, London, Munich and Hamburg it will represent on average about 12 years.
